52:18A-78.20.Ā Bonds or notes as legal investment
The State and all public officers, governmental units and agencies thereof,Ā all banks, trust companies, savings banks and institutions, building and loanĀ associations, savings and loan associations, investment companies, and otherĀ persons carrying on a banking business, all insurance companies, insuranceĀ associations and other persons carrying on an insurance business, and allĀ executors, administrators, guardians, trustees and other fiduciaries, mayĀ legally invest any sinking funds, moneys or other funds belonging to them orĀ within their control in any bonds or notes issued pursuant to this act, andĀ such bonds or notes shall be authorized security for any and all public deposits.
