52:18A-93.Ā Bond of Director
Before entering upon his duties, the Director of the Division of InvestmentĀ established hereunder shall give bond conditioned upon the faithful performanceĀ of his duties.Ā The bond of the director shall be approved by theĀ Attorney-General and shall be in a sum not less than one hundred thousandĀ dollars ($100,000.00).
