52:18-13.Ā Accounts stated and report to legislature
The state treasurer shall state in books the account of all moneys receivedĀ by him for or in behalf of the state and which he shall pay pursuant to any actĀ or resolution of the legislature, in such manner that the net produce of theĀ whole revenue, as well as of every branch thereof, and the amount ofĀ disbursements in payment of the several demands, may distinctly appear.Ā HeĀ shall, from time to time, lay before the legislature the same accounts and allĀ other proceedings relative to his office.
