52:25-12.Ā Custody of documents and records
The commissioner shall have the charge and custody of all books, contracts,Ā vouchers, requisitions, correspondence, blanks, papers, documents and otherĀ records formerly made, kept or maintained by the state house commission or theĀ state purchasing agent pursuant to chapter sixty-eight of the laws of oneĀ thousand nine hundred and sixteen and transferred to the commissioner.
