52:27A-19.1.  Powers and duties of Funding Commission vested in Local Government Board All the powers and duties heretofore exercised and performed by the Funding  Commission, constituted by Article VI-A of chapter seventy-seven of the laws of  one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, and the acts amendatory thereof and  supplemental thereto (R.S. 40:1-61 to 40:1-73, inc.), are hereby vested in and  shall be hereafter exercised and performed by the Local Government Board of the  State Department of Local Government, constituted by chapter one hundred and  fifty-eight of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight.
