52:27B-21.Ā Recommendations
The Governor may recommend in connection with his budget message and under separate head new or additional sources of revenue, and set forth in connectionĀ therewith his recommendations as to the purpose or purposes to which suchĀ proposed new or additional revenue may be appropriated.Ā The total of theĀ recommendations in the budget shall not be in excess of the estimate of allĀ funds available for disbursement during the fiscal year to which such recommendations are applicable.
