52:27B-63.Ā Existing contracts to be completed All contracts and purchase orders heretofore awarded by the State Purchase Commissioner and all operative State insurance contracts, which are outstandingĀ and uncompleted when this act takes effect, shall continue and be completedĀ under the terms thereof by the director of the Division of Purchase andĀ Property.
