52:27B-65.Ā Right-of-way over lands acquired by State
Whenever land is acquired by the State pursuant to any law and the owner ofĀ any portion of the land adjacent thereto has not a prescribed right-of-way fromĀ his lands and over the land so acquired by the State to any public highway, theĀ owner of the lands and the State Treasurer and the commissioner, representingĀ the State, may agree upon a right-of-way, which agreement shall be reduced toĀ writing and signed by the parties thereto and filed and recorded in the officeĀ of the county clerk as deeds and mortgages are filed and recorded.
