52:27B-78.Ā Reports and certifications
Unless specifically provided otherwise in this act or by any operative law,Ā whenever, pursuant to existing law, reports and certifications are required toĀ be made to a department, board or officer whose powers and duties are hereinĀ transferred, such reports and certifications shall hereafter be required to beĀ filed with the director of the appropriate division, in the Department ofĀ Taxation and Finance, through whom such transferred powers and duties are to beĀ exercised pursuant to this act.
