52:27BB-14.Ā Hearings;Ā rules of procedure
The board shall adopt rules of procedure to govern hearings and other proceedings before the board.Ā The board may hold hearings at the office of theĀ director, or any other place convenient to the parties.Ā The rules of procedureĀ adopted by the board shall govern all hearings and a record of proceedingsĀ shall be taken, which at the request of a party to the hearing may beĀ stenographic.Ā Decision shall be made by a majority vote of the board.
