52:27BB-19.Ā Enforcement of orders
Orders of the director may be enforced by a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ or by an action for injunctive relief in appropriate cases, orĀ by an action to compel the specific performance by the officers or governingĀ bodies of political subdivisions of the orders of the director or of the dutiesĀ imposed by law.
