52:27BB-95.1.Ā Reimbursement of state by municipality for reasonable value of services
Subject to the inclusion in the annual State appropriations act of an amountĀ of anticipated revenues from that source, the State shall be reimbursed by theĀ municipality for the reasonable value of services which it provided to theĀ municipality pursuant to this act.
