52:27C-9.Ā Services of other departments or agencies;Ā delegation of powers
The commissioner may utilize the services of any State department, agency orĀ instrumentality, and may accept the services of any local or Federal officialĀ or agency, or of business, civil and labor organizations, in such manner and inĀ such capacities as he may deem appropriate.Ā He may also delegate such of hisĀ powers as he may deem desirable for the efficient administration of theĀ department to be exercised under his direction and supervision by divisionĀ heads.
