52:27D-118.37.Ā Change in municipal budget, required documentationĀ
For each municipality receiving discretionary aid pursuant to this act, the director:Ā
a. Shall have the authority to increase, decrease, add or delete revenues and expenditures from the budget of the municipality based on the municipality's experience and prudent fiscal management; andĀ
b. May require documentation, schedules and estimates related to the municipal budget.Ā
