52:27D-118.5.Ā Additional apportionment
In addition to any amount so apportioned there shall be added to the amountĀ to be paid and distributed to a qualifying municipality which is entitled toĀ State aid pursuant to this act such amount as may be necessary so that theĀ amount to which the municipality is entitled to receive in any year shall notĀ be less than the amount which municipality received in the preceding yearĀ pursuant to this act.
