52:27D-145.Ā Commissioner and political subdivision defined
The following terms whenever used or referred to in this act shall have theĀ following meanings, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:
a. "Commissioner"Ā means the Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs;
b. "Political subdivision"Ā means any unit or agency of government deriving its authority directly or indirectly from the State of New Jersey.
