52:27D-156.Ā Plan for expenditures from fund;Ā contents;Ā submission to legislature
The commissioner shall submit with the department's annual budget request aĀ plan for expenditures from the Neighborhood Preservation Loan and Grant FundĀ for the upcoming fiscal year.Ā This plan shall include, but not be limited to: performance evaluation of the expenditures made from the State fund to date; a description of the various loan and grant programs to be funded during theĀ upcoming fiscal year;Ā a copy of the regulations in force governing theĀ operation of the various loan and grant programs that are to be financed, inĀ part or in whole by the State funds;Ā a complete financial statement on theĀ status of the State fund to date;Ā and an estimate of expenditures from theĀ State fund for the upcoming fiscal year. This information shall be used toĀ assist the Legislature in determining the amount to appropriate to the StateĀ fund.
