52:27D-18.1.Ā Local finance board;Ā members
The local Finance Board in the Division of Local Government Services in theĀ Department of Community Affairs shall consist hereafter of the Director of theĀ Division of Local Government Services as chairman and seven members appointedĀ by the Governor by and with the advice and consent of the Senate. Except asĀ otherwise provided by law, all appointments shall be for 5 years. In case of aĀ vacancy by reason of expiration of term or otherwise the appointment shall beĀ for the remainder of the unexpired term.
