52:27D-218.Ā Variations from requirements;Ā procedure
At the request of a terminal owner and after the commissioner has received from the terminal owner and has approved plans and specifications outlining theĀ manner in which and the date by which the terminal owner will comply with theĀ requirements of this act, the commissioner may grant variations from the requirements of section 2, 3, or 4 of this act in a manner to be prescribed by him.
