1. As used in this act:

a. "Division" means the Division of Fire Safety established by section 2 of this act.Ā 

b. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs.Ā 

c. "Department" means the Department of Community Affairs.

d. "Commission" means the fire safety commission established by section 5 of this act.Ā
