52:27D-25g.Ā  Report on inclusion of bureau as division in department Within two years following the effective date of this act, the fire safety commission shall consider whether or not the bureau of fire safety, establishedĀ  by section 2 of this act, should be made a division in the department, andĀ  shall report its recommendation to the Governor and the Legislature.
