52:27D-29.10.Ā Purpose;Ā intent
It is the purpose of this act to encourage the establishment of pre-retirement education programs to educate pre-retirees on such significant aspects of life after retirement as financial management, employment prospects,Ā transportation means, community involvement, family relations, use of leisureĀ time and the maintenance of mental and physical health and well-being.Ā It isĀ the intent of the Legislature that the systematic dissemination of informationĀ on retirement planning shall help to eliminate unnecessary economic, social,Ā and psychological hardship experienced by many of the senior citizens of thisĀ State.
