52:27D-52.Ā Inspections by commissioner;Ā examination of books, records andĀ other documents
The commissioner shall be entitled to make such inspections of any project,Ā and lands, buildings, improvements or facilities thereon, to request and secureĀ the submission of certifications, data, maps, documents and other informationĀ by the municipality or the local public agency, to audit and examine any booksĀ and records of the municipality and local public agency, and to require suchĀ periodic reports as shall be necessary to ascertain the progress of any urbanĀ renewal project assisted with a capital grant pursuant to this act and theĀ extent of compliance with the contract for capital grants.
