52:27F-16.3.Ā Review and evaluation of state programs and policies; hearings
In order to implement the responsibilities required by section 2 of this act, the commissioner shall:
a.Ā Review and evaluate, every 3 years, existing State programs and policiesĀ concerning energy emergency preparedness;Ā and
b.Ā Hold public hearings, as the commissioner deems necessary, concerning energy supply shortages, energy emergency preparedness and related matters.
