52:27H-85.Ā Review of state regulations by authority
The authority shall conduct a continuing review of all State regulations andĀ shall recommend to the appropriate administrative bodies the modification orĀ waiver of regulations promulgated by that agency in order to contribute to theĀ implementation of this act.
