52:27-32.Ā Article inapplicable to bonds issued after June 1, 1936
This article shall not apply to bonds issued after June first, one thousandĀ nine hundred and thirty-six, by any municipality pursuant to this chapter, norĀ to actions or proceedings for the enforcement of such bonds, nor to theĀ enforcement of any judgment, decree, levy or execution for the recovery of theĀ amount due on such bonds.
