52:28-37.Ā Common fishing rights
Article III.Ā The inhabitants of the said states of Delaware and New JerseyĀ shall have and enjoy a common right of fishery throughout, in and over theĀ waters of said river between the low-water marks on each side of said riverĀ between the said states, except so far as either state may have heretoforeĀ granted valid and subsisting private rights of fishery.
