52:28-39.Ā Continuance of existing laws
Article V.Ā All laws of said states relating to the regulation of fisheriesĀ in the Delaware river not inconsistent with the right of common fishery hereinĀ above mentioned shall continue in force in said respective states until theĀ enactment of said concurrent legislation as herein provided.
