52:28-42.Ā Rights in Delaware river preserved
Article VIII.Ā Nothing herein contained shall affect the territorial limits,Ā rights or jurisdiction of either state of, in or over the Delaware river, orĀ the ownership of the subaqueous soil thereof, except as herein expressly setĀ forth.
