52:32-7.Ā  Administration and enforcement The administration and enforcement of this act shallĀ  be in accord with the "State Uniform Construction Code Act"Ā  (P.L.1975, c. 217;Ā  C. 52:27D-119 etĀ  seq.) and regulations promulgated thereunder.
