52:33-4.Ā Failure to comply with provision in contract;Ā contractor barred for three years
If the head of a department or other public officer having jurisdiction shall find that in the performance of any such contract there has been a failure to comply with any such provision contained in the contract, he shall make public his finding, including therein the name of the contractor obligatedĀ under such contract, and no other contract for the construction, alteration orĀ repair of any public work in this state shall be awarded to such contractor, orĀ to any partnership, association or corporation with which such contractor isĀ associated or affiliated, within a period of three years after such finding isĀ made public.
