52:9B-8.Ā Notification to other states
The secretary of state shall forthwith communicate the text of this measureĀ to the governor, to the senate, and to the house of representatives of each ofĀ the other states of the Union, and memorialize each legislature which has notĀ already done so to enact a law similar to this measure, thus establishing aĀ similar commission with like duties and powers, and thus joining with thisĀ state in the common cause of reducing the burdens which are imposed upon theĀ citizens of every state by governmental confusion, competition and conflict.
