52:9J-6.Ā  Appropriation There is hereby appropriated to the commission from the general funds of theĀ  State the sum of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000.00), when included inĀ  any annual appropriation act, for payment of expenses incurred and servicesĀ  required in preparing a State program for coast protection based upon theĀ  regional planning concept.
