52:9M-2 - Duties and powers
52:9M-2.Ā Duties and powers The commission shall have the duty and power to conduct investigations in connection with:
a.Ā The faithful execution and effective enforcement of the laws of the State, with particular reference but not limited to organized crime and racketeering;
b.Ā The conduct of public officers and public employees, and of officers andĀ employees of public corporations and authorities;
c.Ā Any matter concerning the public peace, public safety and public justice.
