52:9XX-11. Annual reportĀ
11.Ā The commission shall publish an annual report, which shall include, but not be limited to, the following:Ā
a. a statement of long-term Statewide goals and objectives for information resources management in State government;Ā
b. a report on the accomplishments, initiatives, and problems of the reporting period;Ā
c. branch master plans for the next three years; and

d. a current Statewide inventory of all information resources.
