52:9XX-2. New Jersey Information Resources Management Commission; createdÂ
2. There is hereby created a New Jersey Information Resources Management Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "commission"). The commission shall consist of the following members:Â
a. two members of the Senate, who shall not be of the same political party, to be appointed by the President of the Senate;Â
b. two members of the General Assembly, who shall not be of the same political party, to be appointed by the Speaker of the General Assembly;Â
c. four members of the Executive Branch of the State government, who hold the position of Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner or their equivalent, to be appointed by the Governor;Â
d. a member of the Judicial Branch, to be appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court; andÂ
e. six public members of whom two each shall be appointed by the Governor, the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the General Assembly.
