53:1-18.Ā Report of criminal charges or disorderly offenses;Ā duty of clerksĀ of courts
For the purpose of submitting to the Governor and the Legislature a report of statistics on crime conditions in the annual report of the Division of StateĀ Police, the clerk of every court before which a person appears on any criminalĀ charge or disorderly persons offense shall within 30 days report to the StateĀ Bureau of Identification the sentence of the court or other disposition of theĀ case.
