53:1-18a.Ā Report of statistics on crime conditions;Ā duty of prosecutors
For the purpose of submitting to the Governor and the Legislature a report of statistics on crime conditions in the annual report of the Division of StateĀ Police, the prosecutor of every county shall within 30 days report to the StateĀ Bureau of Identification, on forms prescribed by the superintendent of StateĀ Police, such information as he shall require for the aforesaid purpose.
