53:5A-14.1.Ā Pension benefits under former section 53:5-5 discontinued by remarriage of mother;Ā right to receive benefits
The surviving child or children of any former member of the New Jersey StateĀ Police who were receiving pension benefits under former section 53:5-5 of theĀ Revised Statutes, repealed by the act to which this act is a supplement, andĀ whose pension benefits have been discontinued by reason of the remarriage ofĀ their mother occurring after January 1, 1966, shall be entitled to receiveĀ benefits calculated in accordance with section 14 b. of the act to which thisĀ act is a supplement.
