53:6-9.Ā Officers
The conference shall elect annually, from among its members, a chairman, whoĀ shall not be eligible to succeed himself, a vice chairman and a treasurer.Ā TheĀ conference shall appoint an executive secretary and fix his duties andĀ compensation.Ā Such executive secretary shall serve at the pleasure of theĀ conference, and together with the treasurer shall be bonded in such amount asĀ the conference shall determine.Ā The executive secretary also shall serve asĀ general secretary of the conference.
