54:1-44.Ā Use of property before sale;Ā use of proceeds;Ā repairs
Until the commissioner shall sell any property, real and personal, by him acquired under the provisions of this article, he may rent or lease the same onĀ the best terms he can obtain, and may also appropriate and use so much of theĀ moneys so collected as he may deem necessary to insure, protect and take careĀ of such property, real and personal, and generally to manage and keep the sameĀ in good condition and repair.
