54:1-76.Ā Payment of entitlement
The State Treasurer, upon warrant of the Director of the Division of BudgetĀ and Accounting, shall pay to each qualified municipality its entitlement asĀ State aid from the sums available in theĀ "Pinelands Municipal Property TaxĀ Stabilization Fund"Ā in two equal installments on or before August 1 and on orĀ before November 1, annually.
