54:4A-6.Ā Budget;Ā including sum appropriated
Any sum so appropriated in any year shall be included by the municipality inĀ its budget for the following year as anticipated revenue and shall be paid toĀ the municipality on or before July first of that year, according to the warrantĀ of the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance drawn on the State Treasurer to theĀ order of the treasurer of the municipality.
