In case of the abatement or revision of any such taxes, assessments or otherĀ municipal charges by the governing body, such abatement or revision shall beĀ null and void unless the amount agreed upon by such governing body to be paidĀ in satisfaction thereof shall be paid within sixty days thereafter.
