None of the provisions of sections 54:4-109 to 54:4-113 of this title shallĀ be construed in anywise to affect or impair the right, title, interest, estateĀ or lien of any purchaser, other than such municipality, under any sale madeĀ pursuant to law to satisfy liens for past due municipal charges.
