54:4-63.14.Ā Summary hearing;Ā judgment
At the time and place of the hearing or of the adjournment thereof and uponĀ proof of the service of the notice, the county board of taxation shall hear theĀ matter in a summary manner and shall render such judgment as shall be properĀ upon the proofs presented.Ā A copy of the judgment shall be sent to theĀ assessor of the taxing district and to the owner of the property.
