54:47B-12.Ā Organization of council
The council shall organize as soon as practicable after their appointment atĀ the call of the Secretary of Agriculture by electing a chairman, vice-chairmanĀ and secretary from amongst its membership to serve for a term of 1 year andĀ until their successors are elected and qualified. Any 5 members shallĀ constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
