54:47B-16.Ā  Appropriation There is hereby appropriated to the Department of Agriculture for use of theĀ  council during the first year of its operation the sum of $10,000.00, which sumĀ  shall be reimbursed to the State from the first available tax receipts receivedĀ  by the department under this act.
