54:5-104.69 - Repealer

54:5-104.69.  Repealer "An act providing for the foreclosure by any municipality of rights of redemption of real property from tax sales and tax lien sales, and supplementing chapter five of Title 54 of the Revised Statutes,"  approved June  twenty-third, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven (P.L.1947, c. 333), is  hereby repealed.
