L.1904, c. 208, p. 371 (C.S. p. 5204, s. 306), entitledĀ "An act for the saleĀ in fee of land purchased by any taxing district for taxes, assessments or waterĀ rents,"Ā approved March thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and four, savedĀ from repeal.Ā [This act subjected land purchased by a taxing district forĀ unpaid taxes, assessments or water rents, to the proceedings provided by theĀ act commonly known as theĀ "Martin act"Ā (L.1886, c. 112, p. 149) and itsĀ amendments and supplements.]
